Martin has years of experience from leading Czech law firms, both in the field of advocacy and notary. He provides legal services to individuals as well as to a number of corporations. He is fluent in English and represents foreign clients.

Martin specializes mainly in civil and commercial law (drafting and reviewing of contracts / contractual systems, legal due diligence, real estate transfers and related issues, co-ownership settlements, etc.), company law (establishment, changes and liquidation), and GDPR advisory. He also focuses on labor law (trade unions counseling, unfair dismissal claims). He successfully represents clients before courts and institutions.

He occasionally publishes in professional journals such as the Czech Advocacy Bulletin, Epravo, etc. Martin obtained the ILEC University of Cambridge Certificate.
