Libor is a lawyer with experience as an in-house lawyer in the energy sector, where he gained valuable insight into the practical functioning of business companies. He has legally participated in the preparation and implementation of a number of significant EPC projects (engineering, procurement, construction) in the Czech Republic, Poland and Germany. As a junior lawyer, he worked in international law firms in Prague, where he was part of teams dealing mainly with M&A transactions and general contract law.
He lived in Spain (Barcelona) for almost 10 years and speaks Spanish at the level of a native speaker. He is also fluent in English and German.
In his practice, he focuses on providing comprehensive legal services, in particular providing practical solutions to typical contract challenges: setting rights and obligations, liability, change procedures, defects, warranties, handover and takeover or payment terms. Another added value is ensuring the client's overall support in negotiations with contractual partners, administrative authorities or courts, including creating convincing arguments and choosing the optimal legal strategy.
