Hynek legally represents individuals as well as SMEs including foreign companies. He provides legal services in Czech and English language. Before joining LAW GROUP, Hynek gained experience working for leading Czech law firms, at the Bailiff’s Office and during his internship at the Crime Investigation Service of the Czech Police.
Hynek focuses mainly on criminal law, insolvency proceedings, construction law and law of obligations, including advisory related to contractual systems and litigation. Hynek has comprehensive experience in representation of creditors in complex bankruptcy proceedings as well as in legal advisory in all stages of many important development projects. In criminal law, Hynek specializes mainly in criminal defence and victims’ rights enforcement.
Hynek represents his clients in all kinds of judicial and administrative proceedings in the Czech Republic. He cooperates with leading foreign attorneys in exercising clients' rights abroad.
